My partner and I were blessed to have Casey as our doula! She is a ray of sunshine!

She has a calming, gentle demeanor and her guidance gave us the confidence and support we needed to get through every challenge throughout our pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. She is a great listener and we always felt heard.

Together we created a birth plan and worked through feelings and fears about labour. She supported us through a lengthy labour and hospital stay that went sideways, helping us navigate hard decisions, reminding us to advocate for our wishes when we were too tired to think, bringing in food and my favourite coffee and staying by my side so my partner could recharge with walks outside the hospital.

Her postpartum visits were a delight, dropping off nourishing food, answering our millions of questions and when she left I always felt lighter, confident and reassured.
